Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

We did not put repair in writing but landlord has known the frig has been out since3-10-10. He is being a jerk. My mother and I bothe told him over the phone and he even came to the house and seen it. What is my recouse?

Put the repair in writing like you should have 16 days ago, and if he ignores that, take him to court.
