Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

hostile enviornment

My boss sent an email requesting the people i supervise complete certain training. Some are on vacation and come only work part time (one day a week). I replied to my boss sending a schedule of when the training will be complete. He send that same email daily and says he will until the training is complete. I think this is harrassment and creates such frustration and anger for me that i have trouble focusing on my work for a while after reading the email. Does this qualify as harassment?

Re: hostile enviornment

Not even close. You can't file a lawsuit merely because you don't like how your boss handles his job, or that he may be annoying. Ask yourself how many times you would get sued if the people you supervise thought you were "harassing" them when you said or did something in the scope of the job they did not like, or that "offended" them.
