Legal Question in Social Security Law in Georgia

what is a 'peace bond'? A police officer told me to get a 'good neighbor bond' or possible a 'peace bond' saying it was like a restraining order, but was intented to keep the peace between neighbors. My neighbor is constantly harassing me by coming into my yard and cutting/mowing down green plants that he perceives as 'weeds', but they are valuable plants. He also waters in my yard excesively (without regard to the drought water restrictions), the end result of the overwatering is a fungal condition now exists on my plantings. A fence will not keep him out as he has no regard for personal property, and as we are both renters of our lots, the landlord will not do anything to stop his actions. He has already confiscated over 12 feet of yard/lot belonging to the neigbor on the other side. Now he is trying to get 12 - wo feet of my yard. I pay rent and by law should enjoy the use of my lot for the duration of the time rent is paid. Do I need a peace bond, a good neighbor bond, a restraining order, or a big dog and a gun?
