I had an accident over the weekend where I backed into another car in a gravel parking lot that wasn't well-lit. No one was injured, just property damage. I did not feel the impact of the hit and didn't know I had hit anyone until the police showed up at my door. They are charging me with hit and run. Do I need an attorney?
