Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
auto accident
i was involved in an auto accident on may 8th 2008 and i wasnt driving, but the state is trying to say that i was driving. i have 2 witnesses, but they are not very reliable, and on top of that my public defender is basically working against me. what should i do?

Find the real driver to give a statement. I assume that police showed up on the scene, so why do they think you are the driver? Did the real driver say it was you?
