My vehicle was towed because the driver jumped out and ran now the police have a hold on my vehicle. What I want to know is can the dealership where I had the vehicle financed at can they get the vehicle from the tow yard and return it to me.

Why would they do your work for you? If they have to get it, it won't be only to give it back to you. I am not sure why you believe this makes sense. It is your vehicle, so it is you who needs to handle it.
