Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

In 2006 I was charged vehicular homicide II degree and suspended licences. My 4 year old son was killed in this terrible accident. I was placed on probation and my licences were futher suspended for 6 month. I didn't have to do any jail time. I completed my sentence and i haven't had anymore run in with the law. I would like to know more information about the first offender act and how I am able to get this felony off of my criminal record?

The first offender act does not apply to you. First offender status must be sought at the time of sentencing.

And no judge is likely to allow such a recent case to be expunged, as they will want, in any future traffic case, for judges to know about this case.
