Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I am the Administrstor of an estate, and I am in the process of trying to do a final discharge of the estate but the deceased had a home that is in the process of foreclosure. Can I go ahead and do a discharge of the estate without a foreclosure letter from the bank's attorney? { I have a letter from the bank stating that they have started the acceleration process}
