Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Burial Wife and kids have no say so.
My cousin was murderd sunday. Sounds like this wife knows something abot the murder she is trying to bury him fast. she change her number. and is not talking to the family anymore.His wife that he married a year ago. has made plans to bury him without anyone knowing when and where.Now he has 2 kids. She had aggreed to compromise. but has change her mind and is doing things her way.Is there something we can do.Before she bury him though us seeing him one last time.There is another woman which said she is married to him also. she has paper stating she is the power of attorney for him.There releasing the body today and she might cremate him.We need help fast.
