Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

If the decedent names her only born child in a will (living) and a deceased step children in the will but does not call them step children in the will, would the their descendants be inclued on the heirs work sheet in Georgia (not blood)

Let me stop you with an urgent message. Stop filling in forms and see a lawyer.

A few counties have a worksheet (that is NOT an official form) to determine who gets notice. Incorrectly filling that out can produce very bad legal consequences. The language of the will affects the answer and you need legal counsel.
