ex-wife took property
My husband bought his 19yr old disabled son a small mobile home and we also purchased what he would need to live; microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. The mobile home was placed on my husbands ex-wife's property. The son passed away a few weeks ago. One week after the funeral the exwife broke into the home and took everything out of the mobile home. I mean everything! His personal belongings and also everything we had bought him. (he had no will) Can she be charged with theft or trespassing? The title to the mobile home is in my husbands name and we did not give her permission to go inside the home.
