Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My father died he had checking savings and cds. They had my brother name under his. But he is not the executor I am. I just probated will. Can I legally change these accounts to estate accounts. There are two executor for his will.

No.

Joint accounts are not part of the estate. In setting them up that way the money belongs solely to your brother.

Since you should NOT be attempting probate without an attorney, you should have already been told this by your lawyer.
