Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
I am the only Heir and Executor of my Fathers will, however he has 3 beneficiaries as well. Do I need there consent to continue onto Probate?

If you are the only heir there can't be other beneficiaries. Since you have not explained the facts it is impossible to answer your questions. Try reposting your question.

Your question is a bit confusing. In order to proceed with Probate, you need to include all beneficiaries. Maybe you should have a local attorney review the pertinent documents. He/she may then be able to give you more precise guidance.
