Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
My inheretance
My mother specifically named myself to recieve any and all funds including a mutual fund. After requesting a letter of court appt rep naming myself obviously. I was notified that the executor (mothers deceiptful husband) closed that account and is using it to pay off debts. And then the remaing would be given to me. Is this legal?

Debts of the decedent are paid before heirs.
