Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Land with no known deed but many heirs

My father died a couple of months ago. My father's brother (my uncle) died two years ago. My father and my deceased uncle were paying property taxes on 40 acres of land for over 20 years. The land is heir's land as there is no known written deed. My aunt (my deceased uncle's wife) wants to take control of the land because the property tax bill comes to her address and I believe the bill is either in my grandfather's name or in my deceased uncle's name. My aunt has refused to allow me or my siblings to help pay the taxes on the land because she wants the property all for herself and her three adult children. Can she legally do this? What can my siblings and I do to stop her from taking control of property that is legally not deeded to her? Again, there is no known written deed on the property.

The only thing different than your last post is that you referenced more documents that need to be reviewed by a lawyer. See a lawyer. This general information site is not appropriate to guide you through a dipute.
