Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Insurance Policy

My husband passed away in February. He as a 33 year old daughter who is in the will to receive money from a Insurance policy in the event of his death. 3 or 4 years ago he cashed in that policy other than that I (spouse) am heir to everything else.

She has been in a lot of trouble and I expect her to protest the will. Can she get anything if everything is willed to me?
