Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Where must the legal notice appear other than the county where the decedent lived?

And what is the time limit for possible heirs to come forward?

After the estate is closed and no money left in the estate what happens if a possible heir comes forward at that time? Thanks

The notice should appear in any county where the deceased owned real estate.

There is no time limit for heirs to come forward. For more info, check with your local Probate Court.
