Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My father passed away. He had a will, but it was not probated. The attorney was hired to probate it and his wife became executor. The property he purchased for them after they married was listed to be put in her name. The property my sister lives on,which has been passed down in our family, was not listed. It was agreed upon before his death that his wife would sign it to her. It has been 8mths and she still hasnt signed. She wouldnt pay the attorney so he no longer reps the estate. She has obtained another attorney and put the property they shared in her name and sold it without letting anyone know, this was before the attorney dropped the estate and was not aware. There is debt owed against the estate. She told the new attorney there wasnt anything against the estate. She also wants my name on the family property before she will sign. I will only for my sister to keep it.I do not feel this is legal. They were married 4yrs. Anything I can do about this?

Very possibly, but you need to consult with a local attorney to have all the documents reviewed.
