Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Sell of property, How is minors trust set - up?

Husband passed away without a will. Married 20 years and 2 minor children. Want to sell estate and move to another state. Money that is not spent on new home, I understand will be set up in trust for my children. What can be used or spent out of a trust set up for my children? I am told that I can pull out my 1/3 of the whole and buy new home and rest to be set into trust for children. Can I not draw from their trust for household needs, etc.......? I do not know what to do. We can not stand to live in our present home, to many memories, but am afraid if I sell, I loose control of everything. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!

Since it would be advisable to have an attorney set up the trust, he/she can answer your other questions at the same time. Contact a local attorney knowledgeable about these matters.
