Trust

I am the benificiary of a trust where the will states it can be exshausted. I am a single parent with custody of my son,and we are the only remaining benificiaries. the trustee refuses to make distributions to us, and i am nearly broke. what do i do ????

You should consult with a local attorney because the whole trust document (and the will) need to be reviewed to seek if legal action can be taken against the trustee.
