Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Trustee of Trust

My aunt was placed as trustee for my bother's half of an inheritance when my father died. It was to be placed into a trust until he is 31. He has 9 more years to go. My brother has no idea how much was placed in the trust and has never received any kind of accounting on this trust. Is she by law suppose to provide this information? They also have him so scared he will not go against anything they say because he is afraid they will not help him financially if he needs it. He wanted to go into business with another family member, but he was told not to sign anything and that he just was not reponsible enough. He is almost 22. He feels like until he is 31 he is just a puppet on a string. What rights by law does he have concerning his trust? Thank you!

Re: Trustee of Trust

He has a right to an accounting. He should consult with an attorney who is in or near the county where the trust is being administered with an eye toward legal action against the trustee.
