Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
Will Objection
My father past several yrs ago and my stepmother recently passed, in her will she left my fathers house to me and several other mentioned items. Her brother is the excutor after having my aunt removed, I asked for a copy of will and he will not provide he has got to probate the will and may have to sell the house. He has had documents changed and had my stepmother sign after having brain surgery and not her in clear mind, I would appreciate any advise.
