While a will from another state MAY be legal in the new state, it also may not, and regardless it is unlikely to be optimal for that state's laws and probate. She definitely should have a lawyer in Georgia review her will. If she is near our office, feel free to have her call us.

I would strongly suggest updating the will. It is not worth the chance that it, or some part, might not be upheld here in Georgia. It could be deemed revoked and much more easily contested.
