Legal Question in Family Law in Germany

Wanting to move out of country

My current husband is in Army, we are being stationed in Germany. I have a 4yr old with ex, he is out on bail after 6months waiting court date for drug trafficing in his house. Want to get a temp order so he has to have supervised visits and I can move, I do not care about child support. I want him to give up all right. We have join legal custody now.

You should consider a step-parent adoption in this case. However, there a few more facts needed before advising you further. Please contact my office for further consultation on the matter.

Until your final decree is modified, he will have whatever visitation is specified there. You should consult with a local attorney who can review your decree with an eye toward filing a Petition to Modify. Although you can consult with a local attorney, the action will have to be filed in the county of your ex's residence.
