Re: Llc

There is an utter plethora of different scenarios concerning LLCs and S-Corporations (or C-Corporation) which concern: Limitations on eligibility, Tax issues, conveyance of assets to the corporation, single-member LLC jurisdictions, sales and exchange of equity interest in the LLC, contributions, etc. -- most issues are however much less rigid when a corp. is formed as an LLC. [&] Generally, an LLC is the best of both worlds between a S-Corp and a Limited Partnership -- almost as limited in liability as an S or C corp and taxed like a partnership -- (no double taxation) -- So...it really depends on your structure & goals and is a question that cannot be asked or answered with a one-liner. See Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 428-101 to 428-1302 for more info. Aloha-
