blog posting persoanl information
Can you sue a private citizen for posting your personal information(street
address, phone number) on a blog spot and/or the posting of pictures of
your minor children without consent? Is there legal action you can take to
stop them?

Yes, those actions constitute invasion of privacy. Ultimately an injunction would be the legal remedy, but a Cease & Desist letter from an attorney usually has the desired effect.Call or e-mail for more assistance.
