Legal Question in Family Law in Hawaii

not the father

My husband has been paying child support for two children

and we found out that one is not his. He sign paper that

establish him as the father. My questions is what are his

legal rights ? Can he go back and revised this? The mother

of the child keep going to child support to get it rise

and we gave her a copy of the patnerity testing and

she says its a lie. What can he do?

Re: not the father

Your husband should retain an attorney appropiately knowledgeable in paternity and child support issues in the jurisdiction which has authority over this matter. If there are paternity test results excluding him as the father of at least one of the children, the lawyer should be able to schedule a hearing to address this issue and the related obligation of support for this child.

From your question, it's not clear whether the state of Hawaii or the District of Columbia has authority over this case.
