Public Nudity Citation in Boise, Idaho
My coworkers and I were at--name removed--bar & she showed her breasts to the bartender. We left the bar with her. Someone called the cops & they gave me--name removed--ticket as well as her, even though I didn't do anything. They told me I had--name removed--choice of taking the ticket or going to jail. What can I do to contest the ticket? Is it likely that I will be found guilty and if so, what is the likely penalty? I did not do anything wrong and yet I worry because the system seems pretty backward there. Is this something I can do on my own or is it best to get--name removed--lawyer? I found--name removed--lawyer who said he will ''try'' to get it dismissed and charges $1000. This is very expensive for me and so ridiculous when I didn't do anything. Also, I don't live in Idaho, so it is hard to know who to trust for--name removed--lawyer. Please help! thanks
