Legal Question in Personal Injury in Idaho

miscarriage due to car accident

I recently was involved in a car accident. I was on the connector and the other vehicle was merging onto the connector. Her vehicle hit mine causing the collision. She was cited at the scene by the police officer in which she later plead guilty to the citation.

My first doctors appointment for my pregnancy was scheduled for the day I was in the accident. I rescheduled my appointment for the next Tuesday. I felt okay right after the accident except that my right arm started to hurt. The next day I started to bleed. Over the weekend I continued to bleed so the following Monday I contacted my doctor. She said that it sounds like a threatened miscarriage however there isn't anything we can do at this point. She instructed me just to come in the next day to my appointment. At the appointment, my doctor said that there wasn't a heart beat for the baby. She also said there was a lot of bleeding around it. She basically told me that it is a good assumption that it was from the accident, however there isn't any way of proving that the accident was the for sure cause. That Thursday I had the miscarriage. Since then, the insurance co has now denied my claim for damages to my vehicle saying its word vs word. Where do I go from here?
