Property rental

I Bought a 4 bedroom trailor in post falls . the trailor is payed for. the property that its on wont rent it to me because of my criminal past. Even though im the legal owner . the trailor cant be moved .Sinse my legal problems i have been to drug treatment and am currently doing what i am supposed to with my department of correction . Can they discriminate against me because of my past even though i own the trailor.

Its not illegal if they do so because you, as an ex-con, are not in a protected class such as minority, national origin, sex, etc. I'd have your PO call them and tell them what a good probationer you are. Anyway, how can they evict you if the trailer can't be moved. They can either rent it to you or try to evict an unmovable trailer.
