I need to amend my father's death certificate
My father passed away while married to 2 women, my mother and this other broad, he died of terminal cancer and was being taken care of by this other person, eventually marrrying her without divorcing my mother first, I need to amend his death cert. by changing surviving spouse, the 2nd ''wife'' will not sign an avadavit . I do have an avadavit from my mother stating that she was legally married to my dad at time of death notorized. I need to do this without lawyers fees as I am currrently on Workers Comp. I have been told by lawyers that there is no specific form to fill out, but I need a court order from a judge to have this amended. How do I type a generalized court order. PLEASE HELP!
