Legal Question in Workers Comp in Idaho

Broken knee

I was at work and I did a back flip off a stage. I broke my knee in three different places. Their workmans comp. said they wouldn't pay for it. They said it was "horse play". I know this kid who was told to do back flips to boost sales. It was common knowledge to do stunts. They incouraged kids to do tricks even after I had broke my knee. Can I fight their workmans comp.? I have a witness who was at the movie theater and saw workers doing back flips.

What do you think , do i have a case?

There are more facts to your situation. You should consult a local attorney experienced in Workers Compensation. He will go into the facts you have omitted and can advise you whether you have a legitimate claim or not. There is usually no fee for an initial consultation so you should not be hesitant about calling a lawyer.
