Can I Be Force to Sign A Contract

I wrestle for a small independent wrestling federation/training center the promoter wants the wrestlers to sign an exclusive management deal,which we only be booked or work for other(failure to sign will lead to termination or no moore bookings) promoters upon his approve and he recieves 10% fee he has done this because a guy that wrestled for him in the past recived a contract from a major wrestling promotion

No, the promoter cannot force you to sign such an agreement, but he can decline to book you for future matches if you refuse to sign. Unless this promoter has significant influence and connections with WWF, WCW, or ECW, there is really no reason for you to sign such an exclusive agreement with a small promoter.
