It sounds as though you have a daughter with ADHD and you need flex time at work; you don't really say? The ADA is for employees, not employees' family needs. The Family & Medical Leave Act is for family needs, but only gives you limited rights and may not apply to your employer. The question is, what kind of help does your daughter need, or do you need. There may be other kinds of help but you need to make clear what it is you need.
