Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

Disability loa

I was placed on disability LOA and then involuntarily returned to work status (on paper) to be fired. Subsequently I received social security disability pay.

Did my employer (Illinois Department of Mental Health) handle my on the job injury (per the disability hearing verdict) fairly and humanely?
