Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

I am pregnant and was just informed by my employer if I miss anymore time due to the pregnancy I will be written up or fired..is this legal?

Hello. The fact that your employer mentioned your pregnancy in the same breath as terminating you, in my opinion, is discriminatory. I suggests that you retain an attorney just in case you are terminated. Certainly such a warning to you by your employer is in bad taste. If you have a union, you should immediately file a grievance.
