Each courthouse has its own system. You should call the clerk of the court where your ticket was scheduled and ask them for the motion policy.

You will need to give the judge the reasons why you were not in court on the scheduled day, and ask that the judgment be vacated. If that is granted then you can provide your proof of insurance. If you need further assistance you can call 630-243-0099
