Re: pardon lawyer

I have successfully represented individuals seeking pardons from the governor. It can be a fairly long process that involves recapping your life since the offense, reasons for the request (one person wanted to be able to coach children's sports which could not be done with a 20 year old conviction), notice to and lack of objection from the arresting and prosecuting authorities and in some cases a formal hearing with the Prisoner Review Board. That Board accumulates the evidence and makes recommendations to the Governor. The final decision is the Governor's but a proper presentation to the Board is critical.
