formal hearing request
I was charged with a refusal to submit to a chemical test in feb 07,the court ordered me to take an evaluation, i did, I scored moderate risk, the court also ordered me to take an 10 hour class ondui risk education i did and also a 12 hour early intervention class i did. I have a CDL lisence, il get my driveing privleges back on the 22nd of this month for diveing my car only, My question is can I request a formal hearing to get permition to drive my tractor trailer ? thats all I have to support my family from the DMV. thankyou, if so are my chances thin in being a success ?
