Re: auto and credit cards

AFTER FILING CH 7 ,YOU MAY RE-AFFIRM YOUR CAR LOAN IF THE CREDITOR OFFERS A REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT, BUT YOU CANNOT FORCE THEM TO LET YOU REAFFIRM, HOWEVER YOU CAN REDEEM BY PAY PAYING CASH TO THEM IN 20 DAYS WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH WHOLESALE,// PART 2 YOU HAVE TO LIST ALL OF YOUR DEBTS, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OMIT ANY, TWICE YOU WILL BE UNDER OATH STATING THAT ALL DEBTS ARE LISTED, SCHEDULED ECT., IT IS A DISCRIMINATION ISSUE, IF YOU OWED A DOCTOR AND A DENTIST WHAT WOULD BE FAIR ABOUT LISTING ONE AND NOT THE OTHER, AN UNSECURED CREDITOR IS AN UNSECURED CREDITOR, YOU ARE GETTING A FRESH START, BUT THE CREDITORS ARE ENTITLED TO FAIR AND EQUAL TREATMENT, MANY BANKRUPTCY LAWYERS OFFER FREE CONSULTATION LIKE MYSELF, IT WOULD BE WORTH YOUR TIME TO LEARN ABOUT ALL YOUR OPTIONS IN BANKRUPTCY, FORCED PAYMENT PLANS LIKE CHAPTER 13 CAN ACTUALY SOMETIMES SAVE YOU MONEY ON CAR LOANS AND OTHER SECURED DEBTS

Re: auto and credit cards

It is not likely that you would lose a car in a bankruptcy provided that you have the ability to both make payments and keep the car insured. Willful failure to list debts in a bankruptcy petition could cost you 15 years in the Graybar Hotel.
