Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
My brother is the beneficiary to an unrecorded Illinois irrevocable land trust. The trustee is still living and the property under the land trust is recorded under the trustee's name in County records. The trust has not been recorded. Will the property in the land trust be subject to bankruptcy proceedings if my brother files for bk?
