Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois
Can I take a lower paying job prior to chapter 7 filing
I will be filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy in a couple months. I have a job offer for my dream job that appears to be a big pay cut. Company car and year end bonus makes up deficit and this year I have an unusually high income at my current job that makes this look worse. Will judge come down hard on me for taking a lower paying job thenfiling?
