Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

If I have a business where I'm saying : You can purchase an elite companion model who will come stay with you for 30 days in Dubai for $4500. I charge your credit card from here in the US , she doesn't then come, stands you up. But you were insinuating but she was a prostitute. Is there any action that could be brought against me as a business owner?

The action is the same as though youy were supplying a prostitute here in the US. These are in violation of both state and federal law. It's the same as though you were a pimp in local prostitution. These are felony crimes. The transaction takes place here in the US by use of the US service to process the transaction.

Not a good idea.

Even assuming you provided a legitimate service, theft comes to mind, if you took money and gave nothing in return.
