Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Trademarks
So to start off i live in Illinois, in case that makes and apparent difference. I work at a fairly new place of business. Consequently I have worked there long enough to get to know my boss fairly well. If I to put money on it I would say that he didnt register is company logo.(Im researching know to found out if he did) If he didnt register it, is it possible for me to register it. Even though it would already been
in use.

I am of the opinion that you can
take the initiative and file the trademark. Of course, then you would own it and your boss could only use it with your permission. Wow, you would be in the driver's seat. Hope my comments will help. Will be happy
