Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

if i have a family bar bq and kids in neighborhood and kids attending bbq, not my kids...broke out windows to a school bus across the street...im i responsible for what my guest kids may have done

You may be responsible for the civil tort of trespass if you assumed the responsibility of supervising the children and then let them run amuck. The police on the other hand will want to talk to the little darlings and their parents regardless of any action the school district may choose to take.
