Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

I worked for a comapny for 9 months. i was fired because an employee threw food at myself and i asked him he did that,i walked toward him. no profanity violence or physical gesters were used. two days later i go to work and was fired because a mamager watched alleded video suviellence of myself supposedly getting violent and being threatning. after several attempts to see a tape i left work fired without seeing a tape. since then i had filed for unemployment which i recieved due to the employer being unable to substanciate the situation. i recieved unemployment for three weeks the having it cut off due to am employers appeal. even through an unemployment telephone hearing with a referee judge i was found to be at fault and to have benefits denied. not one person involved in the incident at work appeared during the hearing and testified, only hearsay evidence against myself was used, and a determination ws based off that. i filed an ara in court can you help me prove why i can win my case
