End User Licenceing agreement

When you install software and there is the screen with the EULA, and you hit accept, is the EULA a binding agreement, which if violated and the software company felt it was worth thier time, take you to court?

Yes, it is a binding agreement. And software companies are often willing to take violators to court when the violation comes to their attention, so that other would-be violators are more inclined to take their obligations seriously.
