Can a teacher in a public school have the right to have his or her teacher workstation computer unblocked/unfiltered under academic freedom?

This was already asked and answered. Why are you resubmitting the same question? The teacher can have that right if the school gives that right to the teacher. It is the schools computer not the teacher's. Academic freedom is irrelevant.
