How do I dispute a fradulend contractor lien

A contractor placed a lien on my house for work he claims he did which is not in the contract and which I never agreed to have done. How do I disupte this lien and get it removed?

Unless you are planning to refinance or sell your house within the next 2 years i would do nothing. He has to try to inforce the lien within that period. Let him spend the money to inforce the lien against you. Keep all your records and receipts. Take pictures of the work. Send him a letter telling him you object to paying for work you did not order then sit back and wait him out.
