ruined pool
I hire a contractor to back fill dirt around my pool and he packed it in so tight it collapsed the pool, is he liable for damages?

Hello. Wow, you have quite a problem here. In
my opinion your contractor is liable for the damage to your pool. However, it also depends on what your contract says, if you had one. In my opinion, from the facts that you have given,
you should think about filing a lawsuit. Will
